What is the standard lead time for amplifier orders?
Most of our standard pedals and accessories ship within 2-3 business days. For custom or hand-wired amplifiers, lead times can vary between 4 to 8 weeks depending on current production demand.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our high-performance gear worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.
What is your return policy on electronics?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items in original, mint condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom-built amplifiers are generally non-refundable unless defective.
Does my Fortin product come with a warranty?
All new Fortin Amps products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Pedals typically carry a 1-year warranty, while amplifiers carry a 2-year warranty (excluding tubes).
Can I use a different power supply with my Fortin pedal?
Our pedals are designed to operate on a standard 9V DC center-negative power supply. Using a higher voltage or incorrect polarity can damage the internal circuitry and void your warranty.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment's progress.
